Complete, snooze, and edit an activity

Click Done ○ on a Tasks row, or Mark done on an activity. A dialog offers three outcomes:

  • Done + Schedule next — completes this one and opens the Schedule dialog pre-filled for the follow-up.
  • Snooze — keeps it open and moves it forward.
  • Done + No follow-up — completes it, full stop.

The presets are 1 Day / 3 Days / 1 Week / 1 Month / 2 Months / 3 Months — the same units as the quick-date chips: day counts skip weekends, 1 Week is seven days, months are calendar months. The default is 1 Week, and a preview says when it will resurface. A snooze keeps the activity’s original time of day.

Pick a date… opens Date and Time fields for any date you like; a date in the past is refused.

Snooze is also on the activity’s right-click menu and its ⋯ menu.

Open Edit from an activity’s ⋯ or right-click menu, or by right-clicking a chip on the calendar. The dialog has the same fields as Schedule plus a Delete button (Admins). Tasks hide the Time control here too, and a task’s stored time is preserved, not zeroed — editing a task from the calendar never shifts its date.

  • Long bodies (pasted email text, session notes) — use the expand toggle for a near-fullscreen editor.
  • Un-inviting a contact from an already-synced calendar event warns that they will receive a cancellation before you save.
  • A completed activity opens read-first — what happened and when (created / logged / completed) — rather than an edit form.

Admins only. Delete asks for confirmation and warns when a synced calendar event will be removed too. Members can edit but not delete.
