Filter, sort, and save views
Every list — Contacts, Companies, Deals, and pack entities such as Campaigns — shares the same tools.
Filter
Section titled “Filter”Click Filter (or Add filter) and pick a field, an operator, and a value. Each active filter becomes a chip you can remove; the Filter button shows how many are on.
Two special values make views that stay current:
$meon Owner or Created-by columns means “whoever is looking” — the chip reads me. A view with Owner = me shows each rep their own records.- A relative date such as 7 days ago or today on date fields, including Date Added and Last updated — so “Added this week” keeps meaning this week.
Is empty on a custom field also matches records created before the field existed; Is not empty excludes them.
Sort and page
Section titled “Sort and page”Click a column header to sort. The page size defaults to 25; change it in the footer. Filters, sort, page, and page size all live in the page URL, so refresh, back, and a shared link restore the exact same list.
Columns
Section titled “Columns”Drag a column’s edge to resize it, drag its header to move it, and use the Columns panel to show, hide, or reset. The layout is remembered per device — your laptop and your desktop can differ.
Save a view
Section titled “Save a view”With the filter and sort you want, click + on the view-tabs strip and name it. The view appears as a tab. Views are personal unless an Admin shares them:
- Share with team (Admins) makes a view visible to everyone.
- Set as default (Admins, on the All tab or any shared view) chooses what the list opens on for the whole workspace. Left alone, every list opens on All.
- Only Admins delete shared views; anyone can delete their own.
The Lead Gen pack ships views such as My Open Prospects and New Replies This Week, built from the $me and relative-date values above.
Export
Section titled “Export”Export downloads a CSV of the current list — honoring the active filters, sort, and visible columns. Hidden fields are still included in the export.
