Connect your calendar

Connecting your calendar lets the CRM see when you are busy and, in two-way mode, put the calls and meetings you schedule in the CRM onto your real calendar. Every person connects their own; any role can.

  1. Open Settings → Calendar (/settings/calendar).
  2. Choose Google Calendar or Outlook (Microsoft 365). A provider your deployment has not set up shows grayed out as (not configured) — tell your Admin.
  3. Choose a mode:
    • Read-only — your events overlay the Schedule dialog’s sidebar so you can see conflicts while you book. Nothing is written to your calendar.
    • Two-way — read-only, plus CRM meetings and calls are pushed to your calendar. See Two-way calendar sync.
  4. Sign in with the provider and grant the permissions it asks for.

Switching modes later means reconnecting.

Your account appears on the page with its mode. Open the Schedule dialog for a call or meeting and the sidebar shows that day’s real events beside your CRM items, with conflicts flagged in amber.

There is no reverse sync: events that exist only in Google or Outlook are never imported as CRM activities and never appear on the in-app calendar views — they only overlay the Schedule dialog. Attendee RSVP status is not shown.

Disconnect stops the overlay and the push. Events already pushed stay on your calendar.
