Work your tasks
Tasks is your to-do list: every open task, call, and meeting you own, in a table ordered by due date.
The tabs
Section titled “The tabs”To-do · Overdue · Today · Tomorrow · This week · Next week — each is a due-date window. To-do is the only tab that includes undated tasks; This week runs from today to the end of the week. The tab is in the URL, so a shared link opens on the same one.
Rows are colored by due state: red for overdue, green for due today. The sidebar’s Tasks badge is the Overdue tab’s count.
The columns
Section titled “The columns”Done ○ · Contact · Due date · Subject · Email · Phone · Links · Type · Temperature · Source · Stage. Email, phone and links come from the first attached contact. Links is the same LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pair the contacts list shows, in the same states — click an active icon to open LinkedIn without opening the task; a task with no contact shows a dash. If this device already had a saved column layout, Links is added at the end; drag it where you want it. Resize, reorder, and show or hide columns per device; the server orders by due date, so headers do not sort. A Source filter narrows by where the contact came from.
Complete a task
Section titled “Complete a task”Click Done ○. It opens the three-outcome dialog — Done + Schedule next, Snooze, or Done + No follow-up — rather than completing inline, so the next step is never forgotten. See Complete, snooze, and edit.
The contact on the row is a working surface
Section titled “The contact on the row is a working surface”- Temperature, Source, and Stage are click-to-edit badges, the same popovers as the Contacts list. Edits apply to the contact and the row refreshes.
- ✉ opens the in-app composer to the contact, ☎ dials, and the LinkedIn / Sales Nav icons open the captured profile (present only when captured).
- Right-click the contact chip for the full contact menu — Open, Copy, Email, Open LinkedIn, Set {field}, Move to stage, Add task, Add note. Right-click anywhere else on the row for the activity’s own menu (Edit, Delete for Admins).
Where tasks come from
Section titled “Where tasks come from”You create them (Schedule a call, meeting, or task), the follow-up rule creates them when you rate a contact, Remind me in a composer creates them, and the first engagement mark on a Newsfeed post offers one.
Calendar view
Section titled “Calendar view”The List ↔ Calendar toggle at the top-right switches to the calendar.
