Mailbox disconnected

What you are seeing: a Reconnect button on an error when you send, “reconnect to enable replies” on Settings → Email, a sync error on your mailbox, or new mail that has stopped appearing on contacts.

Why: the CRM sends and syncs as you through a grant from Gmail or Microsoft 365. A grant can expire or be revoked — you changed your password, an administrator reset sessions, you removed the app from your Google or Microsoft account, or the grant simply timed out. When that happens the mailbox cannot send or sync until you reconnect it. Your mail history in the CRM is kept.

  1. Open Settings → Email (/settings/email).
  2. Click Connect on your provider again and go through the sign-in and consent screens. Grant the send permission when asked.
  3. The page shows your address with a healthy sync status.

Reconnecting reuses the same mailbox record: every thread already on your contacts becomes repliable again, and syncing picks up where it left off.

An expired calendar grant shows an error on Settings → Calendar. Reconnect from there in the same way — see Connect your calendar.

That provider has not been set up for this deployment. It is a platform setting, not something you can fix from your account — tell your Admin.
