Extension not installed

What you are seeing: an Extension off warning pill next to LinkedIn in the sidebar, a warning glyph on capture buttons, or “the extension isn’t answering” on Signals or a contact’s Posts tab.

Why: the CRM pinged the extension in this browser and got no reply, no captures have reached the server recently, and you do have a token — so it is not a rep who never set it up. Either the extension is not installed in this browser, or it is installed but disabled. A disabled extension is invisible to the page, so it reads exactly like a missing one.

Fix it

1. Open chrome://extensions in this browser.
2. Look for the Ninja Prospecting CRM extension.
   • Not there? Install it from the Chrome Web Store, then enter your token.
   • There but switched off? Turn its toggle on. Capture resumes in your open LinkedIn tabs without reloading them.
3. If you use more than one browser or profile, check the one you browse LinkedIn in — the warning is about the browser you are looking at the CRM in.

What you should see afterward

Reload the CRM. The warning pill disappears, and after your next LinkedIn page view the token’s last used date on Settings → LinkedIn updates.
