You sign in with the email address your workspace Admin invited. There is no password.

  1. Open the sign-in page and enter your email address.
  2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit sign-in code and enter it on the next screen.
  3. You land on Home.

If the address you entered has no invitation and is not already a user, the form says “No invitation found for this email” and offers a Create your own workspace link instead. Nothing is sent until the email is recognized, so a typo never creates a stray account — check the spelling, or ask your Admin which address they invited.

Below the email form, Continue with LinkedIn signs you in through your LinkedIn account. It finds your CRM account by the email on your LinkedIn profile:

  • When that email matches your invited address, you land in the same account as the code flow. From then on you can use either door, any time — never a duplicate account.
  • When the email on your LinkedIn profile is different (a personal address, say, while you were invited with your work address), you see the “No invitation found” notice naming the likely mismatch, and you are fully signed out. Use the email code with your invited address instead, or ask your Admin to invite the address LinkedIn has.

Under the button, a Tip line explains the email matching, and “First time here? How sign-in works” expands to a short explainer with a sign-up link.

After a successful sign-in you land on Home, with the sidebar on the left and your name, role, and workspace name in the chip at the bottom of it. If instead you are sent back to the sign-in page with a message, see Sign-in problems.
