Two-way calendar sync
With a calendar connected in Two-way mode (connect your calendar), the CRM pushes your calls and meetings to it. It works the same for Google Calendar and Outlook.
Choose what syncs
Section titled “Choose what syncs”On Settings → Calendar, per-type toggles choose whether calls and meetings are pushed. Sync existing pushes the ones already in the CRM.
What happens when you…
Section titled “What happens when you…”| In the CRM | On your calendar |
|---|---|
| Schedule a call or meeting | An event is created within a couple of minutes (pushes run in the background) |
| Edit the time, drag it, or snooze it | The event moves |
| Complete it | The event is left alone — it happened |
| Delete it | The event is removed (the CRM warns you first) |
| Tick Invite to calendar event | The contact is added as an attendee and receives a real invitation from the provider |
| Un-invite a contact from a synced event | The CRM warns that they will receive a cancellation |
Tasks are never pushed — a task is due by a date, not scheduled at a time.
Your own pushed events never count as conflicts
Section titled “Your own pushed events never count as conflicts”When the Schedule dialog overlays your calendar, the events the CRM itself created are filtered out, so a CRM meeting never appears to clash with its own copy.
Video links for booked meetings
Section titled “Video links for booked meetings”Meetings booked through your scheduler link can ask your calendar provider to create a Google Meet or Teams link. That needs a two-way connection that can create such links — a personal Outlook.com account cannot; the scheduler’s readiness banner tells you where you stand.
If sync stops
Section titled “If sync stops”An expired or revoked calendar grant shows as an error on Settings → Calendar. Reconnect from that page; the same pattern as a disconnected mailbox.
