Vertical pack, modules, and the follow-up rule
Settings → Vertical pack (/settings/pack) shows the industry configuration installed on your workspace — for a lead-gen agency, the Lead Gen Agency pack: its entities (Campaigns), fields (Source, Temperature, Seniority), the contact funnel, saved views, and reports.
The installed pack
Section titled “The installed pack”A card shows the pack’s name, version, install date, and description, followed by a per-module toggle list. Turning a module off hides its surfaces — sidebar entries, boards, saved-view tabs — and keeps all its data; turning it back on restores them live, without a reload. A surface is hidden only when an installed pack declares its module and you set it off; core pages such as the Contact Funnel are never gated away.
Available packs
Section titled “Available packs”Packs not yet installed are listed with an Install button. Installing is create-missing, skip-existing — it never overwrites anything you already have. Re-installing adds nothing and errors nothing. There is no upgrade or uninstall.
Deals switch (Lead Gen pack)
Section titled “Deals switch (Lead Gen pack)”Deals is on by default. Turning it off hides Deals, the Deal Pipeline, the “New deal” menu entry and shortcut, and the Deals tile on Home. Deal records are preserved and return when you switch it back on.
Follow-up rule (Lead Gen pack)
Section titled “Follow-up rule (Lead Gen pack)”The cadence behind contact temperature: when a rep rates a contact, a follow-up task is scheduled this far out.

Leave a box blank to turn that temperature’s follow-up off. Bounds: Warm and Cold 1–365 days in either unit; Neutral 1–24 months or 1–365 days. “Business days” skips weekends: 3 on a Friday lands the following Wednesday.
