Inbox and conversations
A contact’s Conversations tab and the workspace-wide Inbox show the same threaded view. The tab is one person; the Inbox is everyone.
Reading a thread
Section titled “Reading a thread”Each thread card shows a channel badge (Email / LinkedIn / Sales Nav), a title, a preview of the last message, the message count, a timestamp, an Assign dropdown, and a direction arrow. Hover the preview for the full last message; click it to expand the thread, which scrolls to the latest message. Expanded, messages render as direction-styled bubbles with links made clickable.
On a contact’s tab, threads sit in up to three collapsible regions — Email, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator — with counts. The region holding the newest message opens; the others start closed and are re-decided on every visit, so new mail is never hidden behind a chevron you closed last week. A captured LinkedIn thread names the rep who captured it, and its region header carries Open in LinkedIn / Open in Sales Navigator to jump into your own thread.
Notes between messages
Section titled “Notes between messages”Add an inter-message note inside a thread — an amber sticky note for context a teammate will need (“left a voicemail,” “they asked for pricing”). Cmd/Ctrl+Enter submits.
Assign a thread
Section titled “Assign a thread”The Assign dropdown hands a conversation to a teammate. The Inbox’s Assignee filter then gives each rep their share.
Inbox filters
Section titled “Inbox filters”From (a searchable list of the contacts you have corresponded with), Assignee, Channel, and a Needs reply toggle for threads where the last message is inbound. Paging is in the footer. Filters and paging live in the URL.
Replying
Section titled “Replying”Email threads have a real Reply — see Reply to an email. New email is always available. LinkedIn and Sales Navigator threads are read-only unless an Admin has switched Reply on — see Reply on LinkedIn from the CRM.
Who sees what
Section titled “Who sees what”The Inbox is workspace-wide by design: every thread keeps its real sender and assignee, and a manager can look across the team. Read Only users can read everything here but not reply, compose, or add notes.
