Set up your booking link
Once scheduling is on for you, open Settings → Scheduling (/settings/scheduling).
The settings
Section titled “The settings”- Link name — the part of the URL that is you. The preview shows the whole address. Renaming it later breaks links you have already shared (the event-type dialog warns about this).
- Timezone — the zone your weekly hours are expressed in. Guests always see times in their zone; yours only defines what “9 to 5” means.
- Weekly hours — tick a day, then add one or more blocks. Two blocks is how you keep a lunch break. Overlapping blocks on the same day are refused.
- Event types — what people can actually book. See Event types and video calls.
- Your video meeting link — your personal room (Zoom PMI, Jitsi, Whereby — any https link). See the event types page.
- My booking link is live — the publish switch. A new profile starts unpublished.
The readiness banner
Section titled “The readiness banner”At the top, a banner says what your calendar can and cannot do for bookings: no calendar connected, a read-only one, a two-way one with meetings switched off, a two-way one that cannot create video links (a personal Outlook.com account), or fully ready. Only “fully ready” offers Video call (Meet or Teams); the other video options need no calendar at all.
If you publish with no calendar connected, a dialog explains that only meetings already in the CRM will block times. Something that lives only in Google or Outlook is invisible until you connect it.
Share the link
Section titled “Share the link”Copy the address from the preview. Inserting the link from a contact’s record remembers who it was sent to, so their booking attaches to that person even if they book from a personal address.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”Open your link in a private window: your name, your listed event types, and — after choosing one — a grid of times in the visitor’s timezone. See What guests see.
