The sidebar

The left sidebar is grouped into sections. What you see depends on your role and on which features your Admin has switched on:

• Workspace — Home, Inbox, Sent, and Tasks. Tasks carries a red overdue count that disappears at zero. The count refreshes when you come back to the tab or move between pages, not on a timer.
• LinkedIn — Newsfeed and Signals, each shown only when its feature is on. Signals has its own badge for items awaiting review; it dims when capture has not run in over a day. When the capture extension is not answering, this section shows a warning pill — Extension off or Extension mismatch — that links to the settings page. See Troubleshooting.
• CRM — Contacts, Contact Funnel, Companies, Deals, and Deal Pipeline. Deals and its board hide when an Admin turns the Deals switch off.
• Lead Gen Pack — Campaigns, Campaign Board, and Reports, when the pack is installed and the module is on.
• My account — Email, Calendar, and Billing (Admins; only meaningful once billing is active).
• Admin (Admins only) — Settings, Members, and API keys.

At the bottom, the chip with your name, role, and workspace opens the user menu: the Help Center, demo videos, Send feedback, Settings, About, and Sign out.

The top bar

• Breadcrumbs — record pages show the record’s name, not an ID.
• Search — the centered search box (or Cmd/Ctrl+K) opens the command palette.
• New — creates a contact, company, deal, activity, or email. Entries you do not have permission for are hidden.
• Preferences — Theme (Light / Dark) and Density (Compact / Balanced / Spacious). Until you pick a theme, the app follows your operating system’s light or dark setting; once you choose, your choice sticks on that device.

Right-click works almost everywhere

List rows, board cards, activity rows, conversation threads, Newsfeed and Sent rows, saved-view tabs, calendar chips, and the tiles on Home all have a right-click menu with the actions that make sense there. Only the actions your role allows appear. Selecting text first gives you the browser’s normal menu instead.
