Extension mismatch
What you are seeing: an Extension mismatch warning pill next to LinkedIn in the sidebar.
Why: the CRM found an extension answering in this browser, but not the one built for this deployment. The extension is built per deployment — each build has its own identity and its own CRM address baked in — so a build from another deployment cannot talk to this one. The usual cause is two builds installed with the wrong one enabled, or an older build left over from testing.
Fix it
Section titled “Fix it”- Open
chrome://extensions. - Find every Ninja Prospecting CRM extension entry. Keep only the one installed from the Chrome Web Store link on Settings → LinkedIn → Your extension; remove (or at least disable) the others.
- If none of them is the store build, install it, then enter your token in its options page.
What you should see afterward
Section titled “What you should see afterward”Reload the CRM. The pill disappears and captures resume — see No captures yet to confirm.
