Sign-in problems
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No invitation found for this email | The address has no invitation and is not an existing user. | Check the spelling; ask your Admin which address they invited; or use Create your own workspace if you meant to start one. |
| No invitation found after LinkedIn | The email on your LinkedIn profile is not the one you were invited with. You have been signed out cleanly. | Sign in with the email code using your invited address, or ask your Admin to invite the address on your LinkedIn profile. |
| This link is no longer valid | A sign-up link is older than 24 hours or was already used. | Request a new one from the link on that page. |
| Link expired / wrong browser | A sign-in link was opened too late or in a different browser than it was requested from. | Request a new code and enter it in the same browser. |
| Workspace disabled | The platform operator has paused your workspace. | Contact your Admin or the platform team. |
| Too many attempts | Requests from your network hit the sign-in rate limit — a shared office connection can do this on a busy morning. | Wait for the time shown and try again. |
Signed in but everything is hidden?
Section titled “Signed in but everything is hidden?”If you ever land on a page with an empty sidebar and no name in the corner, sign out and sign in again with your invited address. The app normally sends you back to the sign-in page with a message instead.
