What's new

Section titled “2026-09-25 — LinkedIn links on Tasks, Contact Support from the CRM, tidier Settings”
  • Tasks: a Links column shows the LinkedIn and Sales Navigator icons for each task’s contact, in the same states as on the contacts list. See Tasks.
  • Contact Support: with a send-capable mailbox connected, Contact Support opens the in-app email dialog addressed to support, with your workspace, email, page and extension state filled in, and sends from your mailbox. Without one, it opens your mail client with the same draft.
  • Contact details: long fields such as About grow as you type; expanding the dialog shows them in full.
  • Settings: every Settings page shares one layout, and an Admin’s Settings → LinkedIn is now collapsible sections with a one-line summary each and a jump list. See LinkedIn settings.
  • Help center: the webhooks article now lists the events, how to verify a signature, the retry schedule, and the payload. See API keys and webhooks.

2026-09-24 — Members can set up the LinkedIn extension themselves

Section titled “2026-09-24 — Members can set up the LinkedIn extension themselves”

Settings → LinkedIn now shows a per-user Your extension section to every Member and Admin: the Chrome Web Store link, Generate token for your own capture tokens (shown once), and each token’s last-used date with a Revoke button. Until now only an Admin could mint a token, so every new rep needed an Admin to hand one over; now each person sets up their own extension. The workspace controls — the Capture switch, Reply, Engagement, Signals, and the Rep capture health card — stay Admin-only, and Read Only users are told their role cannot capture.

How to: Enter your capture token.
