Turn on scheduling for your team

The meeting scheduler is off by default at three levels. If you cannot see it, that is almost certainly why.

  1. Platform — the operator enables scheduling for your workspace. Until then, no one — Admins included — sees a Scheduling setting, and every booking link shows a not-found page. Ask the platform team if the setting is missing entirely.
  2. Workspace — an Admin switches it on under Settings → Scheduling (/settings/scheduling). The page appears once the platform has enabled it.
  3. Person — the same Admin turns it on for each member in the list that appears once the workspace switch is on. Nobody is enabled automatically, including the Admin.

A member who is not yet enabled still sees the Scheduling page, with “Ask an admin to turn on scheduling for you” — deliberately, so the request reaches the right person.

Once you are enabled, Settings → Scheduling shows the setup form: link name, timezone, weekly hours, event types, and the publish switch. Continue with Set up your booking link.

Turning a person or the workspace off stops new bookings; existing event types, bookings, and profiles are kept and come back when it is switched on again. Existing bookings’ cancel links keep working either way.
