Capture is switched off
What you are seeing: on Settings → LinkedIn, Generate token is disabled, and the message says Capture is off for the workspace. Nothing from LinkedIn reaches the CRM, for anyone.
Why: the workspace’s Capture switch is the master switch for the LinkedIn extension. Every feature toggle starts off; an Admin turns it on once for the whole team.
If you are an Admin
Section titled “If you are an Admin”- Open Settings → LinkedIn (
/settings/linkedin). - Switch Capture on.
- Generate your own token under Your extension, and tell your reps they can now generate theirs.

If you are a Member
Section titled “If you are a Member”Ask your workspace Admin to switch Capture on. Once they have, Generate token becomes available to you — continue with Enter your capture token.
What you should see afterward
Section titled “What you should see afterward”Generate token is enabled, and the Admin’s Rep capture health card lists the team.
